Mobipak

Mobipak is a smart packaging system for mobile phones. It allows you to set up your phone, sign up for services and play promotional games just by touching printed hotspots on the surface of the phone’s packaging.

The patent pending technology inside a Mobipak box is deceptively simple. The packaging is printed with a layer of conductive ink, designed to create buttons that react to human touch. Button presses are detected using a chip and sent to software on the handset over a printed USB connection.
